than anything, I absolutely love helping people. I also love planning
and organizing so, it was quite natural for me to become interested
in event planning. You can imagine my delight when, while living
in New York, I was hired as a Trade Show Coordinator for Rolling
Stone and US Magazines.
My passion for event planning continued
after I moved to North Carolina. I took on projects that most
considered stressful and continued my quest to help others manage
their events. Then in 2001, once the seed had been thoroughly
planted, I decided to start my own event planning business.
Shortly thereafter, I was certified
as a Wedding Consultant through the Association of Certified Wedding
Consultants.
My desire to help others extends beyond
Party Pleasers. When I'm not coordinating events for my clients,
I enjoy volunteering and using my gifts to assist non-profit organizations
and my church.
Presently, I am an active volunteer on
the Planning Committee for Pieces of Gold, a joint venture between
Wake Education Partnership and Wake County Public School System.
I am also a member of the Knightdale Chamber of Commerce.
Twenty years later, I still love what
I do. We look forward to serving you."
